Open Studio Options: Standby Studio
Many of you have limited space to set up for encaustic painting and have been asking me to host open studio days, so I've added a new option: Standby Studio.
With Standby Studio you can join any class you have already taken for half price and either participate in the class or use it as an open studio day to work on your own. You can get on the wait list for these standby seats anytime, just like on an airline, but your spot will only be confirmed 2 days before the class.
You can bring your paints or use mine, and all of my basic tools will be available to you. You'll just need to bring your own boards to work on, or paintings in progress. I will be busy conducting the regular class, so this will be time to work on your own. The price works out to less than $15/hr, so I think everyone wins here.
